🕔 EARLCAM SCHEDULE
When to tune in for the best EarlCam experience:
- 7:00 AM: Earl arrives, turns on lights, talks to the troughs (yes, he talks to them)
- 7:15 AM: Earl makes coffee in a mug that says "World's Best Troughsman"
- 8:00 AM - 11:30 AM: Earl works on troughs (the good stuff)
- 11:30 AM - 1:00 PM: Camera shows empty showroom. Earl is at Arby's.
- 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM: More trough work. Occasionally Earl waves at the camera.
- 5:00 PM: Earl turns off the lights. Camera shows darkness for 14 hours.
- Saturdays: Earl leaves at 2 PM. Camera watches Flusher sleep until Monday.
🌟 EARLCAM GREATEST HITS
Memorable moments captured on the EarlCam (described, because we can't save video -- the Compaq doesn't have enough hard drive space):
Jan 14, 2003: Earl dropped a wrench on his foot and said a word that caused his mother (viewer #2) to call the shop phone immediately. The call lasted 12 minutes.
Dec 3, 2002: Flusher got into the showroom and knocked over a display trough. Earl spent 45 minutes telling the dog he was "disappointed, not angry." The dog did not care.
Oct 17, 2002: Earl attempted to demonstrate a new trough model to a customer. The auto-flush mechanism activated unexpectedly. Earl's shirt was a casualty. He finished the presentation in a Bengals jersey he keeps in the truck "for emergencies."
Aug 8, 2002: A bird flew into the showroom through the back door. Earl and the bird had a 20-minute standoff. The bird won. Earl worked in the parking lot for the rest of the day.
